📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS — SACRED CYCLE PASS

Validity

• Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• All three ceremonies must be booked within that timeframe.

Booking

• Each ceremony must be reserved in advance.

• Pass holders receive priority access when events go live.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

• 48+ hours notice: You may reschedule to another ceremony (within validity).

• Within 48 hours: The ceremony is counted as used.

• No-shows: Count as a used ceremony.

Gifting / Transfers

• Pass may be transferred in full to another person if unused.

• After the first ceremony is redeemed, the pass becomes non-transferable.

• You may gift one of the three ceremonies to a friend if you choose.

Exclusions

• Not valid for specialty ceremonies, deeper tea ceremonies, retreats, or private sessions unless explicitly stated.

Non-Refundable

• All multi-pass purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred as above.
