Week Two

Meeting Your Inner Child

This week we begin reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself that still carry unmet needs, emotional wounds and forgotten gifts.

Through guided meditation and gentle inquiry, you'll begin developing a compassionate relationship with your Inner Child.

Week Three

Understanding Your Protective Patterns

Many of our behaviours were once brilliant survival strategies.

Together we'll gently uncover the protective parts that have kept you safe—people pleasing, perfectionism, control, avoidance, hyper-independence—and discover what they have been trying to protect.

Week Four

Reparenting & Self-Compassion

Healing begins when we become the loving, safe adult our younger self always needed.

This week focuses on learning how to nurture yourself with kindness, boundaries, emotional regulation and compassionate self-leadership.

Week Five

Rewriting Your Story

Once old beliefs become visible, they no longer have to define your future.

Week Six

Returning to Yourself

The final week is about integration.

Rather than reaching an ending, this becomes the beginning of a new relationship with yourself.

You'll leave with practical tools, daily rituals and a deeper understanding of how to continue nurturing your Inner Child long after our journey together.
