Collection: PROTOCOLS

PROTOCOLS & SELF-GUIDED WORK

After much demand… it’s finally here…..

Over the past decade, I’ve been asked countless times how I approach microdosing…
how to begin, how to work with the medicine intentionally, and how to create lasting change rather than simply chase an experience.

This protocol is the culmination of years of personal practice, ongoing research, ceremony facilitation, and supporting hundreds of people on their own healing journeys.

It is not simply a dosing guide.
It is a framework for working with the medicine consciously, respectfully, and with intention.

This is not about escape.
It is about learning to see more clearly.

Here you will find a curated collection of self-guided protocols designed to support awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self.

These are not quick fixes.
They are structured pathways to help you slow down, observe, and work with your patterns in a more intentional way.

Each protocol combines:

  • clear structure
  • guided reflection
  • integration practices
  • nervous system support

Move at your own pace.
Return to yourself, one step at a time.

Clients taking antidepressants or other psychiatric medications require an individual screening assessment. Microdosing recommendations are not provided solely on the basis of medication lists, and clients should not reduce or discontinue prescribed medication without the guidance of their treating clinician.

Combining Microdosing (LSD, Psilocybin) With Medication Or

Supplements

Below is a compiled list of medications, supplements, and drugs that have been found NOT to cause any adverse side effects when combined with microdosing.

This list does not guarantee that microdosing is safe and/or effective in combination with the listed medications.

This list applies to microdosing with LSD and psilocybin only. Other microdosing substances may or may not combine well with your medication or supplements.

If you take two or more medications, or have a somatic illness or a mental

health condition, it is advised to consult a medical doctor or psychiatrist who’s

well versed in psychedelics and medication interactions prior to microdosing.

Always consult your MD or psychiatrist if you want to combine, taper or

discontinue any of your medications.

What if my medication is not on the list?

If your medication is not on this list, this means there is insufficient data to support

that microdosing is safe and/or effective. It is advised to consult a medical doctor or psychiatrist who’s well versed in psychedelics and medication interactions prior to microdosing.
