This ceremony follows the Medicine Wheel — an ancient map of balance and wholeness.
Each month we honour one direction more deeply.

The South is the direction of Fire — where the soul remembers its heat, its desire, its right to take up space.

Here we work with:

• awakening willpower
• reclaiming desire without shame
• moving stuck emotion
• releasing old stories in the body
• reconnecting to instinct & aliveness
• embodied confidence over performance

Fire is initiation — not destruction.
It teaches us to feel without collapsing, love without abandoning self, and act from an inner “yes.”

• Yoga mat + blanket
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Eye mask
• A small item for the altar
• Warm, comfortable clothing
• An open heart 💫

Intimate group — limited to 12 participants

cinnamon • garlic • nettle • rosemary • bay leaf • red candle • carnelian • honey • written intention to burn
