• Yoga mat, blanket, extra padding or sleeping bag

• Water bottle

• Warm, comfortable clothing

Altar Offerings for Clients to Bring

Each participant is invited to bring one to three sacred items to place at the center of our shared altar — offerings that speak to the heart’s truth and desire.

Heart-Centered Altar Items

 

• A symbol of love or devotion
  A rose, locket, childhood photo, or item representing someone you love unconditionally — or are ready to forgive.

 

• An object that carries grief or release
  A stone to represent a burden you are ready to lay down in the heart of the Mother. This item will be blessed and symbolically returned to the Earth.

 

• A heart offering to Spirit
  Cacao bean, honey, or a piece of fruit — nourishment for the heart of the Earth and a prayer for emotional renewal.

 

• A piece representing your soul-fire
  A candle, feather, or piece of citrine/rose quartz — calling in the light that lives inside even your deepest darkness.

🌙 Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Regenerate Wellness Collective, every booking reserves not just your space but also your energetic place within the circle. Please read our policy carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days before the event: You may cancel for a full credit toward a future ceremony/workshop of equal value. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise specified.

• 3–6 days before the event: A 50% credit is available toward a future booking.

• Within 48 hours of the event: Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. At this stage your place is held in the circle, and preparation has already been made for your presence.

Transfers

• You are welcome to gift or transfer your booking to a friend if you are unable to attend (please let us know their name in advance).

No Shows

• If you do not attend without notice, your booking is forfeited.

Retreats & Special Events

• For longer or higher-value events, separate cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

 

Compassion Clause

• We understand that life can bring unexpected events (illness, emergencies, family matters). If this happens, please reach out — while we cannot always offer a refund, we will do our best to support you within the boundaries of this policy.

Sitting with Melissa in ceremony was absolutely life changing. The space being held is incredibly sacred and I felt safe to dive deep.
