This month, we travel to The Belows — the root and foundation of the Medicine Wheel. Here we meet the heartbeat of Earth, her crystalline memory, underground waters, and root systems. The Below teaches us to root before we rise, to remember we are children of soil, stone, and star.

Melissa Gadsden – Spiritual Guide, Founder of ALTR Store & Regenerate Wellness Club / Temple. Trained with medicine people in California, she carries a Native American-influenced sound and journey lineage.

🌙 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Regenerate Wellness Collective, every booking reserves not just your space but also your energetic place within the circle. Please read our policy carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days before the event: You may cancel for a full credit toward a future ceremony/workshop of equal value. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise specified.

• 3–6 days before the event: A 50% credit is available toward a future booking.

• Within 48 hours of the event: Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. At this stage your place is held in the circle, and preparation has already been made for your presence.

Transfers

• You are welcome to gift or transfer your booking to a friend if you are unable to attend (please let us know their name in advance).

No Shows

• If you do not attend without notice, your booking is forfeited.

Retreats & Special Events

• For longer or higher-value events, separate cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Compassion Clause

• We understand that life can bring unexpected events (illness, emergencies, family matters). If this happens, please reach out — while we cannot always offer a refund, we will do our best to support you within the boundaries of this policy.

Sitting with Melissa in ceremony was absolutely life changing. The space being held is incredibly sacred and I felt safe to dive deep. A part of me was scared to come but I realise now that was just my ego being resistant and I’m so grateful I felt the fear and decided to come anyways because it allowed me access to deep parts of myself that I otherwise wouldn’t have gotten to see.
