Each session is intuitively guided, allowing the work to unfold according to your unique story, experiences, and readiness. Rather than following a rigid formula, every week builds upon the last, creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful and sustainable change.

Returning to Self is offered as a complete 6-week guided healing journey. Each session has been intentionally designed to build upon the last, creating a safe and supportive foundation for meaningful transformation.

By enrolling in this program, you are committing to the full six-week journey, whether choosing the full payment or weekly payment option.

Your weekly payment of $280 AUD is one instalment of the total program investment of $1,680 AUD and is payable over six consecutive weeks.

As this is a reserved one-on-one therapeutic container, weekly payments remain payable for the duration of the program. Missed sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice where possible.

This commitment honours both your healing journey and the dedicated space held for you throughout the program.
