Step into an intimate ceremonial evening guided by ceremonial cacao, sound healing, and the ancient teachings of the Medicine Wheel.

This New Moon, we journey into The Belows—the roots and foundation of the Medicine Wheel. Here we reconnect with the heartbeat of the Earth, her crystalline memory, underground waters, and the wisdom held beneath our feet.

The Belows remind us that before we rise, we must first root.

At Regenerate Wellness Collective, every booking reserves not just your space but also your energetic place within the circle. Please read our policy carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days before the event: You may cancel for a full credit toward a future ceremony/workshop of equal value. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise specified.

• 3–6 days before the event: A 50% credit is available toward a future booking.

• Within 48 hours of the event: Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. At this stage your place is held in the circle, and preparation has already been made for your presence.

Transfers

• You are welcome to gift or transfer your booking to a friend if you are unable to attend (please let us know their name in advance).

No Shows

• If you do not attend without notice, your booking is forfeited.

Retreats & Special Events

• For longer or higher-value events, separate cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Compassion Clause

• We understand that life can bring unexpected events (illness, emergencies, family matters). If this happens, please reach out — while we cannot always offer a refund, we will do our best to support you within the boundaries of this policy.
