SHIPPING

ALTR ships to almost every part of the GLODE - so yes to worldwide Shipping. All orders are dispatched with Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. A delivery time of 2-5 business days is expected for Australian orders, and 2-3 weeks for International orders.

Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the carrier's system. Once the tracking number is generated and the order is in care of the courier,ALTR is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen mail. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES:

ALTR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed on an order are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Please choose wisely! As a small business, returns for change of mind, incorrect size and not the right colour will not be accepted. In the description of each piece, We have included all details, including length and materials used to help you decide.

If your piece is damaged or faulty within the three months, contact me via the contact page, including a photo. As most pieces are ONE OFF and VINTAGE I am always happy to exchange for something of equal value or offer you a gift card, however I will not cover the cost of shipping.
