• Wear layers and socks - bring a sweater (you can get hot or cold) 

• Pillow: Optional - we have cushions but you can choose to bring your own

• Eye Mask: Optional - extra comfort, deepening your experience (there will be eye masks available)

• Blanket: Optional - we have blankets but you’re welcome to bring your own

• Notepad and pen: Optional - to write down any new ideas or breakthroughs

Yoga mats are provided.

Preparation: Please do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the session. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs - this is an alcohol and drug free experience.

By Car: Park in the Meriton (Woolworths) car park on Oaks Avenue. Park by the Commercial Suites signage. Enter the Commercial Suites lift via the glass doors labelled Commercial Suites 888 Pittwater Road Lifts.

By Foot: Enter the main building via the Ground Floor glass doors off the corso (next to 'Made in Dee Why' coffee shop) - there will be a Balanced Life stand signage outside these doors.

Come to Level 1, follow the walkway around to Suite 25.

Please read the following terms prior to booking. By purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them thoroughly.

Liability Waiver and Contraindications:
Below this section, you will find our liability waiver and a list of contraindications. It is imperative that you read through and agree with all the terms listed in the waiver. Additionally, review the contraindication list carefully before purchasing your ticket. Safety & Contraindications

Transformational breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. Your safety is of utmost importance for us. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to participate in transformational breathwork (conscious connected breathing). 

If you'd still like to attend, it is your responsibility to let the facilitators know you have contraindications and you will be given a functional breathing technique for a deep meditative experience.

Contraindications:

Schizophrenia, bi-polar or manic disorders, any other psychiatric condition, epilepsy, history of seizures hearing conditions, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular issues, abdominal or hernia issues, COPD, serious or recent eye conditions, recent history of surgery, actively using recreational drugs or medication that alters brain chemistry, high/low blood pressure, asthma, history of stroke, heart conditions, severe anxiety or panic attacks, recent physical injury, thyroid condition, diabetes, adverse reaction to the C-jab, cancer.

Event Waiver

By attending this event, I understand and agree that the event and/or any Facilitators of the event 

a) are not intended to replace any relationship with medical or primary health care provider(s);

b) are not intended to constitute medical advice or any substitution for medical care;

c) are not intended to be relied on for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis, or treatment in relation to any health problem or disease;

d) I understand that if I feel uncomfortable at any stage during the event or after,  I have every right and must speak out.

e) I understand I have the right to stop the practice or leave the event at any time

f) I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to: schizophrenia, bi-polar or manic disorders, epilepsy, hearing conditions, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular issues, high/low blood pressure, asthma, COPD, serious eye conditions (detached retina) current or previous heart conditions, severe cardiovascular diseases and/or irregularities, COPD, previous hospitalisation for psychiatric conditions, history of stroke and seizures, family history of aneurysms that I must advise my practitioner.

I also understand that even though I have been accepted as a participant, I am responsible for any consequence resulting from our session together. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting my primary health care provider or a medical doctor in the event that I have or am suspect to have a health problem.

I am encouraged by my practitioner to make my health care decisions in partnership with my medical doctor and/or primary health care provider(s) on the basis of my own research regarding the effectiveness of any of the services offered by my practitioner and the importance of diet, exercise, supplementation, stress management and emotional and mental work.

I am acting on behalf of myself, and hereby release the Releasees from any actions, causes of action, complaints, claims, damages, costs and expenses of any kind with respect to or arising out of any the discussions, consultations and/or any group or private session(s) I have had or may have with any of the Releasees now and forever.

Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Cancellation, Credit Policy, Ticket Transfer:
Due to the nature of event planning, which requires us to secure your spot and possibly turn others away, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice if you wish to cancel your ticket for a credit towards a future event. If no action is taken within 7 days prior to the event, you will forfeit your ticket. If you contact us at least 7 days before the event, you will receive a credit for a future event within a 3-month period. If no events occur within this period, the ticket will be forfeited.
You may transfer your ticket to another person's name up to 24 hours before the event and they must be in agreement with these terms and contraindications. You must contact us to inform us of the name change.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
